Following the release of MYEFO on Thursday, the Australian Office of Financial Management has updated issuance plans for the rest of the year.

The AOFM has reduced planned gross issuance of bonds to A$230 billion from A$240 billion. So far this year, A$153.5 billion of bond issuance has been completed.

Planned gross issuance of Treasury Indexed Bonds is unchanged at A$2-2.5 billion. AOFM will continue regular weekly issuance of Treasury Notes but will provide specific guidance on weekly tender volumes together with plans for new bond lines on January 15.
