RBA buys A$500m govt bonds, mostly Nov 2027

The RBA bought A$500 million of April 2027 to November 2028 government bonds, focusing 65% of the purchase on the November 2027 bond.

The yields on the 2028 bonds were significantly lower than last week, when the  May 2028 bonds were bought at a weighted average yield of 0.7833% and the November 2028 bond was bought at 0.8243%
