The RBA governor Philip Lowe will deliver a speech on April 21 on the day the minutes of the April 7 board meeting is released. The speech will be given at 3pm local time, broadcast live on the RBA website. It will be followed by a conference call with journalists and market economists.

The RBA first tried speech/Q&A using such method on March 20 -- the day it announced the decision from the ad-hoc board meeting.
