RBA tapers bond-buying to A$1.5B

The RBA is reducing its bond-buying further today, notifying an amount of A$1.5 billion, compared with A$2.0 billion in the past week. The RBA will buy May 2028 to November 2029 government bonds.

Bonds within this range are:

-2.25% May 2028
-2.75% November 2028
-3.25% April 2029
-2.75% November 2029
