Australia Q3 net export to add 0.2%ppt to Q3 GDP

Terms of trade was steady in Q3.
Government final consumption expenditure rose 0.9% and is expected to contribute 0.2 percentage points to Q3 GDP
Public gross fixed capital formation increased by A$459m or 1.9%, and is expected to contribute 0.1 percentage point to growth in the September quarter 2019 volume measure of GDP.
