RBA buying A$3B bonds, April 2026-April 2029 maturity

Published On 30 Mar 2020 , 11:57 AMThe RBA is continuing with its bond-buying spree under the yield target policy but after two days of focusing on the short-end, it is now buying at the medium-end.
The RBA is buying A$3 billion of government bonds in the April 2026 to April 2029 maturity.
The bonds falling within this maturity are:
-4.25% April 2026
-4.75% April 2027
-2.75% November 2027
-2.25% May 2028
-2.75% November 2028
-3.25% April 2029
