RBA Governor Philip Lowe's panel participation at a banking conference on Wednesday (June 30) has been cancelled because the event is postponed due to Covid lockdown. There was a possibility Lowe would have given some hints about July monetary policy decision but now it will be straight to decision day on July 6.

The inaugural conference titled -- Banking 2021, Planning for Tomorrow is organized by Australia Banking Association and has been postponed. Apart from Lowe, Treasurer Josh Frydenberg and CBA CEO Matt Comyn were among the leaders speaking at the event.

Another event postponed is address by RBA Assistant Governor Michele Bullock at the Kalgoorlie Chamber of Commerce event on July 14.
