Headlines from the RBNZ’s November MPS on FLP:

-Plan to implement Funding for Lending Programme in early December
-Funding for Lending to be at prevailing OCR (that is floating rate)
-Initial allocation 4% of total loans and advances
-Additional allocation will be conditional one at 2%
-Term of FLP 3 years
-Initial allocation available for 18 months
-Additional allocation for further 6 months
-Additional allocation to be 50cents for every NZ$1 increase in loans
